Ingredients

1 Kg chicken breast (steak)
300 grs. Peanut Past Don Pancho
1 bread (bolillo) in slices
2 chipotles chili
1 red tomato
¼ onion
2 garlic clove
2 leaf laurel
1 tea spoon cinnamon powder
1 tea spoon sugar
2 cup consomme
2 spoon white vinegar
½ cup of red wine
4 fat pepper
Oil

Preparation

Fry bread slices until they take a golden color. Sprinkle the chicken breast with cinnamon and salt, gry it until it get brown for both sides, take out of the fire, remove the fat. mix the tomato, chili, onion, garlic, pepper,stir-fry and add Peanut Past disolven with Consomme , vinegar, wine and the rest of ingredients, incorpore the breas to the recipient, let boil until breast chicken is cooked. Serve with white rice.
