Mushrooms with Don Pancho Mole

Ingredients

1 onion
1/2 kg. mushrooms
1/2 kg. pork chop
1/2 kg. Don Pancho Mole
1/4 Lt.. vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves

Preparation

Cook the meat with water, onion, garlic and salt until it is very tender. Fry it.



Make a paste with Don Pancho Mole, using chicken stock prepared with Consomme Don Pancho . Season it.

Stir it the meat and mushrooms. Boil it for 25 minutes.
